The Interview Advantage: PowerPoint Template for Your Personal Pitch Deck

$20.00

Do you have a job interview coming up that you want to ace? Grab this deck of PowerPoint templates that were developed for the sole purpose of you bringing a couple of slides into your next interview to highlight your great experience!

I developed this deck because I think that bringing a few slides into your next job interview is one of the most powerful things you can do. It’s an absolute differentiator!

Here’s why I think preparing a deck for an interview is pure and absolute magic:

It forces you to:

  • Organize your own thoughts

  • Think through how to explain your previous work experience

  • Do thorough prep work before your interview

The bottom line: It makes your preparation visible.

Very few other people do this. This can be a massive differentiator for you.

It also puts you in control of the conversation. If your interviewer asks about content from your slide, then you’re automatically in the driver’s seat. You have an opening to talk about that content that you personally prepared and you know well.

This purchase includes:

  • 20+ slides that you can customize and fill out with your own personal and professional experience

  • 25+ slides of additional icons and visual elements that you can use to further customize your slides

  • An instructional guide detailing how to use this deck, including how to customize the slides and how to best get the finished product to your interviewer before your interview

  • Flip through the product images above - I've included a video that provides a full walkthrough of the slides and how to use each one!

See what others have said about this:

"I was lucky enough for Libby to share her interview presentation template with me. It is a great way to showcase myself to a new audience. There’s a great balance between giving people something to look and prompting you for your talking points and information highlights. I highly recommend using it yourself."
-Akim Nilausen

"This tool has been so helpful in organizing my skills to the key points of the job description. It's become my one stop interview prep tool. I'm currently in final round interviews where I used elements of this template. Thank you for putting this out there."
-Jessica Haas

"Libby’s PPT training was so helpful during my final round interviews. I was told by hiring managers that providing the deck made me stand out amongst other candidates! Definitely recommend to job seekers!"

-Madison R.

"In applying for my dream job, this powerpoint training helped set me apart in my interview experience, especially as I could visually and succintly communicate additional value outside of my resume and cover letter. I strongly endorse Libby, as this made all the difference in getting hired! Her material is approachable and provides practical and theoretical skills that can level up anyone's game - from novice to slide guru."

How do I get this to my interviewer?

I do 2 things: 1. I send a note to the recruiter the day before the interview and 2. I very gently bring it up once during the interview if the interviewer doesn't bring it up themselves.

I've found the best approach is to be very non-pushy about it. If you send a polite note the day before, and then bring it up once during the interview and your interviewer doesn't invite you to talk about it, I won't bring it up again. I want to come across as prepared, but not too pushy.

I usually send along something like this the day before:

"Hello {NAME} – I’m really looking forward to my interview tomorrow and I wanted to send along a few slides that I created in preparation for our time tomorrow. The attached highlights some of my selected past experience and projects and I would love to answer any questions about this material in our interview tomorrow as time allows."

And during the interview, I try to very naturally bring it up if there's a easy time to do it. If the interviewer asks about some content that you prepared in your slides, you can easily say "I'd love to tell you more about that - I also have a summary slide here that talks about this exact question if you'd like to take a look while I talk through it."
